Israeli attacks on Yemen, warns to evacuate three major ports

Tensions have increased in the Middle East following Israeli airstrikes in the Yemeni province of Hadidah.

According to the Houthi government -administered Ministry of Interior, Israel had warned the citizens of the three major ports of the Pacific – Ras Isa, Hadidah and Safa -e -Alafi, before the attack.

Israel claims that Iranian -backed Houthi fighters are using these ports for their own purposes.

Meanwhile, Houthi media, especially Saba News Agency chief Nasruddin Amir, has claimed that no attack by Israel has been done yet. Israeli authorities have not issued any official statement on the matter.

The progress has come at a time when a missile fired from Yemen was destroyed before approaching Israel. Israel’s response to Houthi bases has been ongoing for the past several months.

Remember that US President Donald Trump again resumed military action against the Houthis in Yemen on March 15, but later a seizure agreement with Oman’s mediation was reached, which did not include Israel.

Although the Seasfire has been signed, the Houthi militia continues drone and missile attacks on Israel. He says his purpose is to express solidarity with the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Trump claimed a few days ago that the Houthis had agreed to not affect international shipping routes, but Israeli operations were still ongoing.
