Reno Chopra, wife of Bollywood’s leading filmmaker Ravi Chopra, has revealed that Shah Rukh Khan supported one of his film and refused to take interest on the money given for his production.
In an interview recently, Reno Chopra praised the SRK and mentioned an incident on how Shah Rukh Khan had helped him in the film released in 2017.
Reno said that he had read the script without the financial support of his son Abhay Chopra’s film ‘Again’, in which Akshay Khanna, Siddharth Malhotra and Sonakshi Sinha played the lead roles.
Reno Chopra revealed that Shah Rukh Khan not only supported the film on his request but also refused to take interest on the money given for production and said that it was forbidden for him.
He said that Shah Rukh Khan said, “No, it is forbidden to me, I will not be able to take interest”. Reno Chopra said that all other heads other than Shah Rukh Khan took interest, but they did not agree.
Shah Rukh Khan is a very cheerful and respectful man, Reno said. When it came to making his son’s film, Shah Rukh strongly supported him and said he would support the film.
