Jason Derulo was concerned in a brawl in Las Vegas after allegedly being referred to as Usher.

The Las Vegas Police Department says the battle broke out Tuesday at round 2 a.m. on the Aria Resort & Casino when Derulo “committed a battery against two individuals,” the Associated Press reviews.

Both representatives for Derulo and the Aria Resort & Casino didn’t instantly reply to PEOPLE’s request for remark.

In a video of the incident obtained by TMZ — and shared on social media — Derulo seems to cost at and strike a minimum of one individual after somebody off digicam is seemingly heard saying: “Usher, f— you bitch.”

Security rapidly intervened, and Derulo was then reportedly requested to depart the property on a trespass order.

Police say there have been no accidents and a police report was finally not filed after the incident as a result of “the victims did not want to press charges against Derulo,” per AP. However, the boys have as much as a yr to file expenses, in accordance with TMZ.
