Bhardwaj said that the actress did not attend the court hearing on about 40 dates. The court has directed Kangana Ranaut’s lawyer to file an answer on the application. At the same time, the lawyer has protested against non -bailable warrant. In such a situation, the magistrate has decided to give the actress one last chance.

In March 2016, there was a meeting at Javed Akhtar’s house. During this time Kangana Ranaut and Hrithik Roshan were in the news about email. Kangana had not given any reply then but after Sushant Singh Rajput’s alleged suicide in 2020, the actress mentioned her 2016 meeting with Javed Akhtar in an interview.
