Islamabad:
Jirgas were held with the tribal chiefs of the Pak-Afghan border areas of Qamuddin Kariz and Manza Kare.
Peace jirgas are being held in Balochistan. IGFC Balochistan (North) Major General Abid Mazhar, tribal chiefs of Qamaruddin Kariz and Manza Kare and local people participated in the jirgas.
Tribal elders appreciated the role of Pakistan Army and FC Balochistan in border management and establishment of law and order.
