Justice Mansoor Shah said, “We were sitting on the same question that we were taken by the case. Can this be that?” If there is a non -constitutional bench visit, we can only review the committee that can withdraw from us under Article 191.
Justice Aqeel Abbasi said that the bench was formed by the committee, we did not make, this bench issued a judicial order, all the mischief we have made this order.
Judicial Assistant Khawaja Haris said that Article 191 is part of the Constitution which was not declared invalid by any Judicial Forum. If your previous judicial bench had decided on constitutional questions, it would have been a law against it. The use of the Judicial Order should not be examined, the practice and procedure is still in force today, the Supreme Court bench can issue an order according to the law.
Justice Mansoor Shah said that the Constitutional Bench was created by the non -judicial forum, justified the practice and procedure act because the judicial bench would be made.
