Islamabad High Court Judge Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani has said that the state failed to recover the missing persons. We stand wherever we have left, the case will end when all the men will be recovered.
According to Express News, a large bench heard the petition filed for the recovery of missing persons in the Islamabad High Court. A three -member large bench headed by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani heard.
Justice Tariq Mehmood Jehangiri and Justice Arbab Mohammad Tahir are on the bench. Lawyer petitioner Iman Mazari and Additional Attorney General Munawar Iqbal appeared in the court.
Justice Mohsin Kayani said, “I was of the view that the members of the intelligence agencies should be summoned for these camera briefings. My fellow judges were of the view that the first federal government should give a chance. Those who died, the missing persons are not working, the federal government is not doing anything and then someone has to see.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that if the forced missing persons are not working, I think it should be closed, the cabinet sub -committee was not included in the secret agencies. My fellow judges were not included. It was held that the federal cabinet should call on secret agencies and ask for themselves, all of this can be done by the Minister of Defense and the Home Minister who are not in front of us.
The Additional Attorney General said that the committee will also look at the compensation payments, the Missing Committee for five years will first invite his families, a meeting of the Cabinet subcommittee on January 8.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that the court should tell you why it is to tell you yourself, tell you what is involved in terrorism or tell you whatever is, but the results are not coming.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani termed all progress in the cases of the missing persons as useless and said that I have to respond to the families sitting in my court, the state has failed to recover the people, where we started. They were standing there, this case will end when all the slaves will be recovered, it is a case of human rights violations, they are notorious for the country.
Lawyer Eman Mazari said that the Attorney General was assured the court, the Attorney General’s assurance continued to be repeatedly violated, a total of 15 -year -old child was abducted from Khuzdar, the Attorney General assured the court. But there were still violations of judicial orders.
Justice Mohsin Kayani said that the tears of the families of the missing persons have to be done by law enforcement agencies. But operations are underway, if a missing person dies in a terrorist attack, some data was collected? Is there a mechanism in which agencies do all this?
Justice Mohsin Kayani said that it was also the case that if there were no law enforcement agencies, we could not provide any protection.
Justice Arbab Mohammad Tahir said that if the forced disappeared inquiry commission failed, we are hearing these cases. On this, the Additional Attorney General said that the court was grateful that the responsibility was given to the federal government.
Munawar Iqbal Duggal said that the court was seriously looking at the issue when the court made the federal government realize.
Justice Mohsin Kayani said that it did not happen that someone took responsibility, failed and resigned and went home, just as it happens in civilized societies, no matter what happens here, even if forced disappeared commissions, law It is the enforcement agency or the Prime Minister, unless a man is abducted, he cannot realize that he goes home comfortably.

The Larger Bench of the Islamabad High Court summoned the Attorney General at the next hearing and directed that the Attorney General appear in person at the next hearing.
Later, the hearing of the missing persons was adjourned till March 6.
