Judges will be uploaded only by the approval of the bench chief

Islamabad:

The Supreme Court has decided as a policy that if a judge writes a dissenting note, he will be made public on the Supreme Court’s website only after the approval of the head of the same bench.

The Express was told by a responsible source that Justice Aisha Malik and Justice Aqeel Abbasi’s dissenting note will be uploaded to the Supreme Court’s website only after the approval of Justice Aisha Malik and Justice Aqeel Abbasi’s dissenting note on review appeals against the July 12 decision on specific seats.

If a judge in the past disagreed at the beginning of the case and got up from the bench, his controversial opinion would have been made public on the Supreme Court’s website at the same time.
