Judicial Commission Meeting Schedule on the appointment of 8 new judges in the Supreme Court

The schedule of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan meeting has been changed on the issue of the appointment of 8 new judges in the Supreme Court. The Judicial Commission will meet on February 10 instead of February 11.

The Supreme Court’s conference room will be held at 2 pm, the members of the Judicial Commission were regularly informed about the meeting one day earlier.

The Supreme Court has summoned the names of five senior judges of five High Courts for 8 new judges.

On the other hand, Federal Minister for Law Nazir Tarar and Islamabad High Court Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq met separately with Chief Justice Pakistan.

Sources said that Law Minister Nazir Tarar met Chief Justice Pakistan Yahya Afri in his chamber.

According to sources, Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq of Islamabad High Court met with Chief Justice Pakistan separately.
