Karachi: Annual exams of Inter -Inter -Education Board Karachi begin, more than 1 lakh students participated

Annual Inter examinations have been launched under the Higher Secondary Education Board in Karachi, in which more than 1,260,000 students are participating in the morning and evening shifts.

On this occasion all arrangements have been completed to ensure the transparency of the examinations.

Interboard exams are being taken in two shifts. The morning shift includes more than 92,000 students, who have to examine other articles, including science pre -medical.

The morning shift exam will be held from 9am to 12pm, in which the eleventh grade will be taken today.

More than 34,500 candidates will be present in the evening shift, and it will have science general exams from 2pm to 5pm.

A total of 182 test centers have been set up in Karachi, of which 122 are in the morning shift and 60 are in the evening shift.

In these centers, 36 have been declared very sensitive, where special security measures have been taken.

Chairman Higher Secondary Education Board Karachi Ghulam Hussain Sohu said letters have been sent to police and other relevant agencies to ensure law and order situation during the examinations.

Special security has been deployed at 36 sensitive testing centers and monitoring cells have been set up to prevent duplication.

In addition, a complaint cell has also been set up in the Deputy Commissioner Offices in all the district districts, where representatives of the inter -board will be present.

Arrangements have also been made to hire Rescue 1122 in view of the heat intensity during the exams.

Section 144 is enforced around the test centers, which is strictly banned by the transportation of unrelated persons and opening of photo estate machines.

Delivery is underway in all test centers and each page has included the code of the test center so that if a pamphlet is suspected of leaking from a center, it can be detected immediately.

The Chairman Board said that 16 Super Vigilance Teams have been set up to prevent duplication, which will be strictly monitored to prevent any duplication during the examinations.

The use of mobile phones and other devices is also banned in test centers, and anything will be seized.

Chairman Ghulam Hussain Sohu added that the results of the inter -examinations will be announced within two months. The exams will continue on Thursday 29 May 2025.
