In the East Zone, a motorcyclist fled by throwing a hand grenade at an empty police post in Gulistan -e -Johar, which caused panic in the area and a large number of people came out of the houses.

According to Express News, a motorcyclist riding a grenade in the street of Gulistan -e -Johar Ashraf Al -Madaris police station of Shari Faisal police station fled the grenade, which exploded with a loud explosion and heard the sound of residents.

As soon as the blast was reported, a heavy contingent of police and Rangers arrived at the scene and immediately summoned the bomb disposal squad and the crime scene unit to seek evidence.

The grenade thrown in Gulistan -e -Johar exploded on the road, resulting in a pit on the road, while signs of its pieces were found on the walls.

According to the District East police spokesman, the alleged firearms were reported to have been allegedly fired near the Ashraf al -Madaris, a police post in Gulistan -e -Johar area of ​​Shari Faisal police station, but fortunately no casualties were reported.

He said that the team of the police bomb disposal unit was receiving confirmation and details of other matters, including the material used and its structure.

It may be recalled that on the night of May 3 last week, a hand grenade was attacked near the Rangers’ vacant post in the back of the Malir Kala Board Chhapa Booth in the East Zone area.
