The post-mortem of the body of young Saram found in the water tank was completed at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
In this regard, police surgeon Dr. Samia said that during the post-mortem, injury marks were found on different parts of the child’s body.
All the necessary samples have been obtained during the post-mortem, but the final cause of death of the young Saram will be determined only after the chemical examination report comes.
