Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui confirms he will not return to federal ministry
MQM-P chief Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui confirmed to Geo News that he will not be returning as federal minster even when present points between the Muttahida Quami Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) and the PTI are resolved.
Siddiqui mentioned this throughout his interview on Geo News’ programme Jirga saying that even when the MQM-P’s points with the PTI had been resolved, he wouldn’t be the one to return to the federal cupboard.

He mentioned that the MQM-P had not requested for the legislation ministry however the authorities had insisted on Farogh Naseem’s title. “We told them to appoint him [Naseem] from their quota,” he mentioned. “The PTI needed Naseem for the law ministry.”
Siddiqui mentioned that the MQM-P was compelled to turn into a part of the federal cupboard owing to “past experiences and some friends”.
