Search Review: Sharib Hashmi is an amazing actor, even if he comes in a scene, he leaves a mark. He is JK of Family Man, but this series makes him Shrikant Tiwari. Gives them what they deserve. The biggest advantage of OTT is that value has been given to talent. Performers have been given important roles.
Till now, those who were made friends of the hero are being given lead roles and this web series has also discovered amazing talent like Sharib. And it is because of Sharib’s amazing acting that this series has become so brilliant, tremendous and entertaining.
Story
Ved Khanna i.e. Sharib Hashmi’s wife gets lost somewhere. He goes to the police station to file a report, but after two days his wife Meera Khanna i.e. Anupriya Goenka returns. But Sharib says that she is not his wife at all, Sharib’s daughter also says that she is his mother.
All other evidences show that she is Sharib’s wife but Sharib is searching for his wife. Where is his wife, what is this secret, you will have to see this in the 7 episode series on Zee 5. Each episode is of about 25 minutes and is quite engaging.
How is this series?
This series captivates you from the very beginning. The story never slows down. You want to know what happens next. Every once in a while a new twist awaits you, it doesn’t happen as you think, something always happens that shocks you.
The series was not unnecessarily prolonged and this is the most special thing about this series. You don’t even realize and all the episodes end one after the other. You keep waiting to see what the ending will be, what the suspense will be and that is why you watch this series in one go.
acting
Sharib Hashmi has done an amazing job, there is no comic touch in his role here, his character is of a lawyer which is serial. Sharib has put his soul into his role, his love for his daughter, his yearning for his wife, Sharib has played every mode perfectly. It was good to see him as the lead of the series because he deserves such a job.
Anupriya Goenka’s work is fantastic and she brings excitement to this series. There is a charisma in his screen presence which attracts the audience. Aamir Dalvi has given life to the role of the policeman, he tells Sharib that as long as your passion is ripe, we will find your wife and we do find her.
Sharib’s daughter Bani Ibadat Hussain has also done a good job. Their cuteness wins your heart. Kriti Garg has done a good job. Raveera Bhardwaj has also justified her role.
Direction: Prabal Barua’s direction is good. He has made the series quite gripping. Long scenes were not forced and something was added every once in a while to keep the audience glued to the screen.
Overall, this is a good series that you can watch.
