Peshawar:
Three suspects arrested in the Kohistan corruption scandal case have submitted plea bargain applications to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
According to NAB sources, three accused have submitted plea bargain requests of more than 15 billion rupees to NAB, however, the meeting of NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Executive Board will be held on November 28, in which these requests will be reviewed.
NAB sources said that bank accounts, properties, vehicles, gold and cash have been disclosed in the applications and several properties of the accused are also in the name of relatives.
The sources said that all the legal requirements will be fulfilled before sending the plea bargain requests to the Chairman NAB and the accused who have given the requests include National Bank Cashier Riaz, Contractor Ayub and Mumtaz.
The plea bargain requests given to the accused will be sent to the Chairman NAB after the approval of the Executive Board of NAB.
