Federal Minister for Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir Affairs Amir Maqam has said that the operation against terrorists will not be against the will of the provincial government. ) will be released not by a committee but by a court.
Talking to the media at Peshawar Press Club, Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs Amir Muqam said that the responsibility of dealing with terrorism must be fulfilled by the provinces and institutions together with the Centre.
He said that the chief executive of the province is the chief minister, if the province wants, the operation will take place and the army comes only on the province’s request, exposing PTI’s 10-year failure by using force against peaceful protesters. It’s done.

The PML-N provincial president said that he condemned the use of force against elected local government representatives in Peshawar, which exposed PTI’s double-standard politics.
He said that the government has started negotiations with the opposition parties with an open heart and only those demands will be fulfilled which are within the legal and constitutional scope.
Amir Maqam clarified that the cases of the founder of PTI are of a serious nature, which will be decided by the courts, not through the negotiation committee, the judiciary is independent, the founder of PTI is in jail in serious corruption cases. And all their cases will be decided by the judiciary.
He said that no one is above the law, as they themselves, including the leadership of the Muslim League (N), appeared in the courts and were acquitted after the trial.
The Federal Minister said that the founder of PTI was brought to power in the 2018 general elections by stealing the mandate of Muslim League (N) and by seating RTS and rigging polling.
He said that it is sad that the PTI leadership has started threatening the government despite the current negotiation process.
