Lahore:
On being caught stealing electricity, the accused attacked the Lesco team.
Amjad Iqbal, SDO of Chunian City Sub-Division of Lahore Electric Supply Company LESCO, along with his team conducted a search operation in the area of Mouza Khoda Khoh, Khatuba Siddha Attar.
During the operation, the LESCO team caught the accused Abid stealing electricity from the direct supply and removed the wire, on which the accused Abid along with unknown persons started torturing the LESCO employees.
Accused Abid abused the LESCO employees and threatened to kill them, SDO Chunian City Amjad Iqbal registered a case against the accused in the concerned police station, the accused will also be charged detection bill by the department.
