Gangster Joginder Gyong, who was facing wanted and interpol red notice in cases registered in many states, was brought from the Philippine to India on Sunday. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) gave this information.
Police said that Gyong was a key member of the Chaudhary gang and had close ties with terrorist Arsh Dalla and fugitive gangster Lucky Patial. Both are associated with the banned Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF). Gangster Gyong was looking for Haryana and Delhi Police.
Officials said that after landing at Indira Gandhi International Airport, it was handed over to Delhi Police.
CBI spokesperson said in a statement that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had issued a red notice against Gyong on October 25, 2024, which was sent to all law enforcement agencies globally to find out the wanted criminal.
