Uzair John Baloch, the leader of the Lyari gang war, made a unique request to the court.

In the special court in the Anti-Terrorism Complex in Karachi Central Jail, Uzair John Baloch, the leader of the gang war, filed an application through his lawyer Farooq Haider Jatoi Advocate, in which Uzair Baloch made a unique request from the court.

Accused Uzair Baloch said that all of you come to the jail and see for yourself how much oppression is happening to me, television has been given but TV cable has not been provided, neither can I watch news channels nor any kind of entertainment. I can watch the program.

Uzair Baloch said in the application that I am not allowed to perform the Friday prayer in the mosque nor am I allowed to meet my family one day in a week, strict action should be taken against this behavior of the prison administration.

Lawyer Safai Farooq Haider Jatoi Advocate said that facilities should be provided to the accused according to the jail manual, and the family should also be met according to the law.

On the request of Uzair Baloch, the court issued a notice to the sub-jail administration and sought a reply on December 24. According to the police, during the Lyari operation in 2012, the accused attacked the police. A case has been registered against gang war ringleader Uzair Baloch and others in Kharadar police station.
