Maharaja was released in China just seven days ago. Maharaja has made huge earnings in China within a week. Maharaja has collected Rs 40.65 crore in China in a week. Now it is going to beat Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2.
Talking about Maharaja, it has been directed by Nithilan Swaminathan. Anurag Kashyap and Mamta Mohandas are seen in lead roles in the film along with Vijay.
This much collection was done on the seventh day
Vijay Sethupathi’s suspense-thriller film has collected Rs 3.76 crore on the seventh day. According to the report of Koimoi, Maharaja has collected Rs 5.41 crore on the first day, Rs 4.57 crore on the second day, Rs 9.21 crore on the third day, Rs 2.87 crore on the fourth day, Rs 3.67 crore on the fifth day, Rs 3.77 crore on the sixth day and Rs 3.76 crore on the seventh day. After which the film has collected Rs 40.65 crore in China.
Maharaja is doing well in China and its collection is also doing well. The film had collected Rs 109.13 crore in India. Talking about the worldwide collection of the film, it has reached Rs 149.78 crore.
Indian 2’s record broken
Vijay Sethupathi’s Maharaja can break the record of Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2. Talking about the top 5 films of Kollywood, Got is at the first position, Amaran is at the second position, Vettiyan is at the third position, Ryan is at the fourth position and Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2 is at the fourth position. The worldwide collection of Indian 2 is Rs 150.94 crore and that of Maharaja is Rs 149.78 crore. Now there is a gap of Rs 1.16 crore between the two. Which Maharaja will easily complete by earning one day’s income in China and will prove successful in making her place in the top 5.
