Islamabad:
In the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court, the request of the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan to form a judicial commission and other requests including the hearing of May 9 cases in military courts were fixed for hearing.
The Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan, will hear the issue of trial in military courts of those involved in the May 9 riots.
A seven-member constitution bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will hear the case on December 9.
PTI founder Imran Khan’s petition against setting up a judicial commission on May 9 incidents and trial of civilians in military courts has also been scheduled for hearing.
A seven-member constitution bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will hear the important case on December 10.
The constitution bench has also fixed the appeal against the objections of the registrar office on the petition of founder PTI Imran Khan.
A case of child deaths in Mithi Hospital
Similarly, the Supreme Court has fixed the case of death of children in Mithi Hospital Sindh for hearing.
A seven-member larger bench headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will hold the hearing on December 9.
Tax cases
A seven-member constitution bench of the Supreme Court will hear 1178 tax cases on December 10.
Due to security concerns, the request to transfer PTI founder from Adiala Jail to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Jail has also been fixed for hearing.

The said application was filed by a citizen Muhammad Qayyum Khan while the Registrar Office raised objections to the application.
A petition for registration of cases against PTI leaders and workers has also been scheduled for hearing, a seven-member constitution bench will hear the petition on December 10.
1993 Pending phone tapping case scheduled for hearing
A seven-member constitution bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan will hear the pending phone tapping case since 1993 on December 11.
Similarly, the formation of judicial commission to investigate the general elections of February 8, 2024 has been fixed for hearing.

The founder PTI had filed a petition in the Supreme Court for an investigation of the elections by a judicial commission.
