Meta has announced more than $ 60 billion investment in artificial intelligence (AI) in 2025.
Matta CEO Mark Zuckerberg said in a post on his Facebook page that 2025 would be an important milestone for AI, with Meta at the forefront. He said the company will build a new and large data center for its AI projects, which will further develop the basic products and businesses of Meta in the coming years.
Mark Zuckerberg said the investment would open the doors of historical innovations and further strengthen the US leadership in the field of technology. The announcement comes a few days after US President Donald Trump’s statement, in which he announced $ 500 billion investment on AI infrastructure.
On Trump’s announcement, his ally Elon Musk said that there was no need for this investment. On the other hand, Microsoft President Brad Smith has also indicated about $ 80 billion in the construction of AI data centers, training of AI models, and promoting cloud -based applications in this financial year.
Brad Smith said in an online post that the United States is fully prepared to be at the forefront of this new technology wave.
