Former Prime Minister Azad Kashmir’s crime proceedings were postponed in the case of misuse of diplomatic passports.
According to Express News, Judicial Magistrate Ahmed Shehzad Gondal heard the case of misuse of diplomatic passport against former Prime Minister Azad Kashmir Sardar Tanveer Elias in District and Sessions Courts Islamabad.
During the hearing, Sardar Tanveer Elias filed a petition for his exemption from attendance, on which the court adjourned the hearing till April 26.
Sardar Tanveer Elias will be charged at the next hearing of the case related to the misuse of diplomatic passports.
It should be noted that the FIA has filed a case against former Prime Minister Azad Kashmir Sardar Tanveer Elias.
