The legal surroundings around the Mustafa Amir murder case are being tightened around the father of Armaghan.
After the accused Kamran Qureshi was nominated in an illegal arms case, a special anti -terrorism court has issued a written order allowing the AVCC to be investigated in jail.
AVCC Investigation Inspector Mohammad Ali, in the Central Jail Karachi Anti -Terrorism Complex, approached the court to investigate the accused Kamran Qureshi.
The investigating officer told the court that a video was found from his mobile when the accused was arrested in the drug case. In this video, the accused Kamran Qureshi is coming from Peshawar with weapons, which is the same weapon used in the police encounter.
The court issued a written order and allowed the accused Kamran Qureshi to investigate. The court said that the investigating officer should investigate Kamran Qureshi in jail on April 6 and 7 and complete a two -day investigation and inform the court. Investigations should be done daylight.
The court ordered that Jail Superintendent AVCC Investigation Officer Mohammad Ali’s accused of access to Kamran Qureshi. The investigating officer should submit the report on April 8.
Earlier, the investigating officer of the Mustafa Amir murder case, Muhammad Ali, appeared in the Judicial Magistrate No. 9 court at the Judicial Complex, in which the investigating officer told the court that the accused Kamran Qureshi should be arrested in the police encounter and illegal arms case, for which the court has approved the request.
Investigation Officer Inspector Mohammad Ali said the accused has been arrested under the Terrorism Act of Kamran Qureshi. Armaghan alias Army, the main accused in the Mustafa Amir murder case, is already arrested in the case.
