Justin Trudeau Resignation: Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has resigned from the post of PM and leader of the Liberal Party on Monday (January 6, 2025). According to the Canadian newspaper Globe and Mail, Trudeau will remain in office until the new Prime Minister is elected. On Trudeau’s resignation, Canadian NDP leader Jagmeet Singh said that Justin Trudeau disappointed the people of Canada. There is anger everywhere from house prices to health care.
Canadian NDP leader Jagmeet Singh said, “Justin Trudeau’s Liberals have disappointed Canadians. They disappointed you on home prices. They let you down on health care. They let you down by allowing corporate greed to run rampant. Canadians may be facing problems regarding jobs and cost of living, but they are still focused only on themselves and their political future.
The biggest battle facing middle class families
NDP leader Jagmeet Singh said, “The problem is not just Justin Trudeau. It is every minister who is taking decisions. This is every Liberal MP looking down on Canadians who are concerned about high costs or declining health care. “The Liberals should not get another chance, no matter who is the leader.” He said, “The biggest battle facing Canada’s middle class families is yet to come. The Liberals take a cut from Pierre Poilievre’s Conservatives and give it to the CEO. They cut health care, pensions, dentistry and many other things.
‘I have been a warrior all my life’
The NDP leader said, “I have been a warrior my whole life. This time a movement of working class warriors is growing around me. People who oppose Conservative cuts to health care and people who oppose the rich getting richer. I am asking all of them to come together and stand together to form the first government for the working people.
