The government has launched a new VPN registration facility for freelancers in the country.
Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has provided the facility of VPN registration through mobile number, after which freelancers who do not have a static IP address can use this facility to register VPN through mobile number. can do
Freelancers can register their mobile number with PTA to use VPN on their mobile data connection. Link for registration: https://ipregistration.pta.gov.pk will be used.
According to PTA, this facility has been done to facilitate the VPN registration process for the promotion of IT sector. So far more than 31,000 VPNs have been registered by PTA.
