RAWALPINDI: The Inter-Services Public Relations stated Saturday that one soldier was martyred and three others injured when terrorists opened hearth at them throughout a routine patrolling near Balochistan’s Turbat metropolis.

“Terrorists fire, raid on security forces near Pidarak, district Kech, approx. 35 [kilometres] South East of Turbat, Balochistan,” the navy’s media wing stated.

During the alternate of fireplace, Lance Naik Javed Karim embraced martyrdom, whereas three troopers have been left injured.

Security forces have cordoned off the realm and launched a search operation for the terrorists, the ISPR added.

Earlier this month, three safety personnel have been martyred and eight others injured after terrorists opened hearth at them throughout a routine patrolling near Balochistan’s Kahan village, the navy’s media wing had stated.

In its assertion, the ISPR had stated the safety forces have been patrolling near Gichak valley within the Panjgur district when the incident happened.

“Three soldiers embraced shahadat [martyrdom] while eight soldiers received injuries, including an officer. Five injured are critical,” it stated.
