The Peshawar High Court has approved the bail applications of opposition leader Umar Ayub and other PTI leaders in the National Assembly.

Justice Sahibzada Asadullah heard the petition of opposition leader Umar Ayub for bail. The petitioner’s lawyer said that various cases have been registered against Umar Ayub in Islamabad and Punjab in which he wants to appear in the courts but there is a fear of arrest. Ordered to be.

Meanwhile, Justice Sahibzada Asadullah, while hearing the petition of PTI leader Umair Niazi, also approved his bail for 20 days. The court ordered the petitioner to appear before the concerned courts.

Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court Ishtiaq Ibrahim heard the bail applications of National Assembly members Shandana Gulzar, Arbab Amir Ayub, Asif Khan and Arbab Sher Ali, while opposition leader Umar Ayub also heard an application.

Muazzam Butt Advocate said that three cases have been registered against the petitioners in Islamabad, one case in Faisalabad. Cases have been registered after the D Chowk protest.

Umar Ayub said in the court that despite the security bond, I have been arrested in Rawalpindi at the time of appearance, give time in the Faisalabad case, I have to appear there as well. In other cases, today the court has granted transitory bail till January 8.

The Chief Justice said that we are giving you more time in the Faisalabad case. The court granted transit bail to Umar Ayub till January 9 in the Faisalabad case.

The lawyer said that Arbab Sher Ali was out of the country on the day the case was registered.

The Chief Justice inquired that these are the elected members of the assembly? On which the lawyer said yes, they are all members of the assembly, the court granted three weeks transit bail to Shandana Gulzar, Arbab Sher Ali, Aamir Ayub, Asif Khan.
