Sessions Court Pindi sentenced four criminals to death, life imprisonment and 80 years imprisonment, deciding a case of blasphemy.
According to Express News, the case of blasphemy was decided by Additional District and Sessions Judge Mohammad Tariq Ayub of Pindi Sessions Court.
The court imposed a total of Rs 46 lakh on the culprits, while the non -payment of fines will be severely imprisoned, the culprits include Rana Usman, Ashfaq Ali, Salman Sajjad, Wajid Ali.
The FIA Cyber Crime Wing filed a case on October 22, 2022, the criminals proved to be a disgrace to Facebook, the blasphemy on social media, the holy persons, the Koran.
The court sentenced four criminals to death, sentenced to 295 B, sentenced the culprits to 295A to ten years and fined Rs one lakh, sentenced to three years in 298A crime and sentenced them to three years. He fined one lakh rupees.
The culprits were sentenced to seven years imprisonment for a fine of Rs one lakh under the Packa Act 2016.
The court, in its judgment, said that the culprits should be hanged on the gallows until their death occurs, the humiliation of the blasphemy, the sacred persons and the Holy Quran is an unforgivable and incredible offense.
After the verdict, the culprits were shifted to Adiala Jail.
