The Pakistan  and Afghanistan ODI collection — which was initially scheduled to happen in Sri Lanka  — will now be staged in Pakistan, ESPN reported Monday. 

The Pakistan-Afghanistan ODI collection was in peril as Sri Lanka had imposed a nationwide lockdown final week, bowing to intense stress from medical specialists.

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, who had resisted requires a lockdown for weeks, agreed to the 10-day closure after dire warnings that hospitals might not address the influx of COVID-19 sufferers.

Sources within the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) knowledgeable Geo News that because of logistical points, the nation’s board was unable to host the collection in Sri Lanka.

Meanwhile, ACB and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) are involved and can quickly announce the dates and schedule for the collection, sources knowledgeable the information outlet.
