Pakistan blackmail china for second strike nuclear capability for Gwadar port

Pakistan-China Relations: Pakistan’s army has started blackmailing its evergreen friend China. The Pakistani Army has told China that if it wants to capture Gwadar port, it will have to provide it with second-strike nuclear capability. China has been enraged by this demand because talks between the two countries regarding this port have stopped. If the Pakistani Army had this capability, it would have increased its nuclear power manifold and this would have posed a major threat to India’s security.

The Chinese army is making Gwadar a naval base and for this it has invested billions of dollars in the name of CPEC. At the same time, the Pakistani Army has started blackmailing China to take advantage of this helplessness. Experts say that Pakistan claims that it has second-strike nuclear capability, but its own experts do not agree with this. For this reason, now they have started blackmailing China.

Pakistan assured Chinese army
According to a report in Dope Site News, the Pakistani Army had earlier privately assured the Chinese Army that it would hand over its Gwadar port to it. Now the Pakistani Army is not only demanding the technology and information to launch a second-strike nuclear capability, but is also demanding a huge amount of money from China. In fact, the Pakistani Army is scared of India’s growing nuclear power and wants to gain the power to launch a credible retaliatory nuclear attack.

Babar-3 missile tested
In 2018, Pakistan tested the submarine-launched Babar-3 missile. On this, former Vice Admiral (retired) of Pakistani Navy Ahmed Saeed says that after this test, Pakistani Army has got the power to launch nuclear bombs from submarines, but this capability of Islamabad is very limited in comparison to Pakistan. Ahmed Saeed said that this is the era of hybrid submarines. Pakistan Navy is purchasing 8 Hangar class submarines from China, which are equipped with Air Independent Propulsion (AIP), which will now increase the strength of Pakistan Navy manifold. He said the ultimate ideal solution is a mix of conventional and nuclear submarines.
