New Delhi: Indian media has claimed that Pakistan has accepted the hybrid for the Champions Trophy while also placing conditions before the ICC.
According to Hindustan Times, PCB made a condition before ICC that Pakistan will not go to India to participate in all the events held in India till 2031, a hybrid model will also be adopted for the tournaments held in India.
The Pakistan Cricket Board has set a condition to play a match with India in Dubai during the Champions Trophy.
In return for holding the Champions Trophy matches in Dubai, PCB has also demanded a large share of the ICC’s annual income.
According to Indian media, India has to host T20 World Cup with Sri Lanka in 2026, Champions Trophy in 2029 and ODI Cricket World Cup with Bangladesh in 2031 till 2031.
According to Indian media, due to the co-hosting countries of the T20 World Cup and ODI World Cup, Pakistan’s matches may be outside India. In progress.
