ISLAMABAD:  The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has proposed to scale back the costs of petroleum merchandise within the nation from April 16, Geo News reported on Thursday.

OGRA has despatched a summary of adjustments within the costs of petroleum merchandise to the Petroleum Division on this regard.

The regulatory authority has beneficial a discount in petrol and diesel costs after which petrol and diesel are more likely to change into cheaper by Rs2.2 per litre, the sources mentioned.

However, the ultimate resolution on OGRA’s summary shall be taken by the finance ministry in session with Prime Minister Imran Khan.
