Pakistan’s 15th human relief shipment for Palestine

Karachi:

On the directives of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) sent the 15th humanitarian aid shipment to help the oppressed people of Palestine. This shipment is part of Pakistan’s ongoing humanitarian efforts and is a total of 26th relief shipment.

According to an NDMA spokesman, the latest relief shipment has been sent in collaboration with the Al -Khudmat Foundation, which includes about 20 tonnes of medicines, 5 tonnes of hygiene kits and 15 tonnes tents.

The aid has been deported from Jinnah International Airport to Karachi by a chartered flight, where the Royal Medical Services of Jordan will receive the aid and deliver it to Palestinian people.

Spokeswoman NDMA said that with this recent batch, Pakistan has so far sent a total of 1,518 tonnes of relief to Palestine. He added that this aid is a manifestation of Pakistan’s unprecedented determination and brotherhood with the people of Gaza in this difficult time.

According to the spokesman, Pakistan has sent 2,045 tonnes of humanitarian aid to war -affected areas in the Middle East, including 416 tonnes of Lebanon and 111 tonnes of Syria.

NDMA officials said that Pakistan will continue its efforts on humanitarian sympathy and will take every possible step to help the oppressed people.
