Despite the clouds of Pak Indian tensions and war, Pakistan’s flagship cargo ship is located at the Indian port of Calcutta, where coal removal is underway.
Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) sources said that despite the Pak -India tension, Indo -Pak Maritime Protocol is underway, under the protocol set in 2008, the flagship ships of both countries can go to each other’s port.
According to sources, the Pakistan National Shipping Corporation’s freight ship is located at the Indian port for the delivery of Sibi Chinese cargo, the Charter of the Pakistani flagship ship has been fixed before the recent tension and the Pakistani bulk cargo ship ‘Sibi’ is carrying 26,000 tonnes of coal from Malaysia.
According to sources PNSC, the Sibi ship is on the charter, which happened before the current tension, the PNSC is following under official orders and policies.
