Palestinian, Israeli settler killed in Jerusalem capturing

The Palestinian man reportedly used a submachine gun and a knife to hold out an assault.

Occupied East Jerusalem – Israeli occupation forces shot useless a Palestinian man after he carried out a capturing and stabbing assault that killed an Israeli settler and wounded three others, together with two law enforcement officials.

The armed confrontation occurred on Sunday morning within the Old City, on the Bab al-Silsila (Chain Gate) to the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, in occupied East Jerusalem.

According to native reviews, the Palestinian man was recognized as 42-year-old Fadi Abu Shkheidem, a resident of Jerusalem’s Shuafat refugee camp.

The settler, in his 30s, suffered a head damage and succumbed to his wounds after being transferred to hospital, Israeli media reported.

Another Israeli settler, a 46-year-old, was in steady situation, in accordance with an announcement by Hadassah Medical Center. Two law enforcement officials, aged 30 and 31, had been additionally frivolously wounded.
