Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha were seen together in the show Aap Ki Adalat. Here Parineeti told about her career life and how she got her first job.
This was Parineeti’s thinking about Bollywood.
When Parineeti was asked that her parents wanted her to become a banker. Sent her to Manchester to study and came back on the pretext that she did not get a job. On this Parineeti said- ‘It was true. I graduated in 2009. But that year there was recession and I did not get a job. The visa had also expired. I didn’t have the courage to tell my father. That’s why I called Priyanka’s mother Madhu Chopra and told her everything and asked her to find a job and she said come.
‘I came to Mumbai but did not get a job anywhere. Then one day my sister was shooting, so I went to Yash Raj Films to watch the shoot. The shooting of Pyaar Impossible was going on. So I thought that I can get a job here also and I applied there and I got the job there.
Didn’t you have dreams of becoming a star after seeing Priyanka? On this she said- ‘Everyone thinks that this is why I came to India. I was a girl who studied a lot. I wanted to become a banker. I used to think that Bollywood people do easy work. There are actors, they stand under umbrellas. Two lines have to be spoken. Earn big money and then go home. Complete Enjoyment. Look at how hard we work. But I was wrong.
