This dispute regarding parking took place between an Indian and a Pakistani citizen, after which legal action was taken against the Pakistani citizen. The surprising thing is that this matter is of last year, i.e. February 8, 2023.

A 70-year-old Pakistani man and a 34-year-old Indian citizen were involved in this incident. Both lived in the same building. The fight between the two started when the Pakistani man claimed the parking space where the Indian citizen wanted to park his car. Due to this, a fierce fight started between the two and in the end the Pakistani man pushed the Indian man on the ground.

The Pakistani man’s tibia bone was fractured when he pushed an Indian citizen. After this, when the medical report came out, it was found that the nerves of the Indian citizen were damaged, the muscles were strained and 50 percent of the functioning of the legs had stopped. However, in retaliation, the Indian man attacked the Pakistani man on the head, due to which he suffered injuries and was unable to work for about 20 days.

Pushing admitted in court

After this entire incident, the authorities intervened in the matter and took both of them into custody. The case then reached the Dubai Criminal Court, where forensic evidence and testimony of witnesses, including the statements of the injured persons and the investigators present at the spot, were presented in the court. In the court, the Pakistani man admitted to pushing the Indian man, but also claimed that he was provoked for it.

The allegations against the Indian man were less serious

In the entire case, after hearing and seeing the evidence and witnesses, the court found the Pakistani man guilty of physical attack and causing permanent disability. The Pakistani man was jailed for three months and then deported. The charges against the Indian man were considered less serious and transferred for further proceedings.
