Various organizations of government employees have demanded the government to raise the minimum wage of Rs 50,000, the graduation of government employees now and convert the CP Fund into a GP Fund.
The delegation of Agiga met with Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Advisor Muzammal Aslam, headed by Chairman Wazirzada, the delegation was also attended by Provincial General Secretary Niaz Ali Khattak, APTA President Azizullah Khan and Samiullah Khan.
The delegation presented its Chartered of Demands to the Advisor Finance and took the stand that by May 26, we have given the government a deadline that our demands will be held if not acknowledged.
He said that the current contradiction in salaries and privileges should be eliminated by fixing the minimum wage of Rs 50,000, upgrading the employees should be issued a declaration and the CP fund should be converted into GP Fund.
The delegation said that no deduction was approved in the name of pension reforms, on which the Advisor Finance delegation assured that your Chartered -of -Demands would be reviewed as the provincial government is trying for the welfare of the employees.
He said that in the light of Aggiga’s Chartered of Demand, employees will be announced on the occasion of the budget by incorporating proposals in the new fiscal year’s budget and demanded the central government to ensure the payment of previous arrears of the province.
