Peshawar:
In Jamil Chowk, gunmen opened fire on a vehicle and killed six people and injured one, while 10 people were killed in firing in the city within 24 hours.
According to Peshawar police station, the murder of six people took place on Jamil Chowk Rang Road when they were returning to the vehicle after the wedding ceremony.
Unidentified gunmen opened fire on the spot, identified as Abdullah Waleed Badam Gul, Tahir Waleed Nawab, Osama Waleed Supportullah, Owais Waleed Syed Raja and Waqas.
In the aforementioned incident in Peshawar, a passer -by Yahya Waleed Sarkar was also killed and Saqib Waleed Syed Ahmad Shah was injured.
Referring to the incident, it was reported that three friends were killed in the tragic incident, one of whom is said to be a thousand Khwani and the other is said to be Swabi.
SP Faqirabad Mohammad Arshad Khan and DSP Omar Afridi also arrived at the scene of the firing on the vehicle and shifted the bodies to the hospital for postmortem and the injured were shifted to the hospital for first aid.
Police said the incident was a result of the former enmity, but a case would be registered against the accused on the complaint of the victims’ relatives.
According to police, Osama, a young son of former Nazim Samad Khan of Hazar Khawani, was also killed in the tragic incident in Pandu, and police said that the former enmity of the victims belonging to Budhbir was going on.
It is to be noted that social media users have also raised questions over the growing cases of murder due to the display of weapons and street weapons in Peshawar, where the city has been killed in the city after the killing of 10 people in other parts of the city including Faqirabad, Pandu, Shahpur in 24 hours.
A school teacher was killed in Faqirabad area of Peshawar and a woman was shot dead in Faqirabad. Similarly, six people were shot dead in Shahpur in Lady Constable and Pandu.
