PM Imran constitutes five-member committee for defense of media employees, business
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday constituted a five-member committee to guard media employees and business.
The determination to type the committee was taken after the Pakistan Broadcasters Association wrote a letter to the prime minister.
Senior aides of the prime minister which embody Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan, Shahzad Akbar, and Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood are members of the committee.
The different two members of the committee are former data minister Dr Shahbaz Gill and the federal data secretary.
The committee can be accountable to evaluate the suggestions put forth by the PBA and resolve the association’s points.
PM Imran mentioned that media was enjoying an important position within the struggle in opposition to the coronavirus.
The prime minister mentioned that the federal government will do all it may well to guard media employees and the business.
