ISLAMABAD: After the stunning loss within the Nowshera by-elections, Prime Minister Imran Khan will go to Peshawar immediately to carry consultations on social gathering affairs.

The ruling PTI suffered a setback within the final week’s by-polls the place a PML-N candidate received the election.

According to sources quoted by  Geo News, the prime minister will maintain conferences with the provincial cupboard and members of the meeting.

He can be briefed concerning the causes for the PTI’s defeat within the PK-63 by-poll. The success of the candidates within the Senate elections will even be mentioned within the conferences. 

The premier will even be apprised on the affairs of the provincial authorities.

Khattak alleged ECP of facilitated PML-N’s victory

Meanwhile,  Federal Minister for Defence Pervaiz Khattak has alleged that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has helped the PML-N to steal the general public mandate.

While addressing as chief visitor on the last match of a cricket event at Pahari Katikhel right here in Nowshera, the senior  authorities official claimed that the PTI candidate had received the by-election.

Khattak mentioned that the ECP had helped the PML-N to steal the general public mandate, claiming that he has all of the “proofs”.
