In the Senate meeting, members of the PPP protested against the government and chanted slogans of water thieves.
According to Express News, the Senate meeting began chaired by Chairman Yousuf Raza Gilani. The opposition protested in the Senate for not giving time on the objection, while PPP members also flashed when they did not speak.
In the meeting, senators of the PPP also protested on the issue of the Canals project and came out of the seats. PPP members rejected water thieves, slogans of water theft.
Senator Saifullah Abro said that the people of Sindh have been on the streets for seven days. In the Senate, the parties have submitted a resolution against the canals and give us the opportunity to talk.
Yousuf Raza Gilani said that after intermittent questions, you talk, on this, Senator Saifullah Abro gave a sit -in in front of the chairman dice. Yousuf Raza Gilani said that the leader should talk to the opposition, Sherry Rehman and bring the matter to the House for discussion, but the members did not accept and the PPP senators walked out of the House.
Senator Prime Minister Nazir Tarar said that there would be no bulldozing on the matter, the cabinet members would answer questions in the House.
Yousuf Raza Gilani said the quorum was identified in the House. Flick Naz Chitrali said that the politics of the PPP were over, PTI members said that no one identified the quorum, Yousuf Raza Gilani said that the quorum was complete.
Leader of the Opposition Shibli Faraz said that today is the first day of the Senate parliamentary year, we wanted to talk about the whole year, but in the Senate, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was deprived of its right, talking about how fast legislation will be made.

Shibli Faraz said that it has been a year since Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is not represented in the Senate, elections are held in thirty days, but the vacant seat of Sania Nishtar was not decided. They opposed the Senate members’ resolution.
The Chairman Senate said, “We have vacated the seat of Sania Nishtar and told the Election Commission. 19 members are in the Senate. The quorum is not fulfilled.” Later, the Chairman Senate adjourned the meeting till 10:30 pm on Friday.
