President Arif Alvi promulgates Rehmatul-lil-Alameen authority ordinance

The ordinance for Rehmatul-lil-Alameen Authority was promulgated by President Arif Alvi on Tuesday.

On Sunday, Prime Minister Imran Khan had pronounced the federal government’s intention to ascertain the authority, for which the premier would be the patron in chief.

The announcement was made in the course of the Rehmatul-lil-Alameen Conference in Islamabad, held to mark the start of celebrations for the holy month of Rabiul Awal. 

The authority will make sure the implementation of the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) in society, Prime Minister Imran Khan had mentioned.

The authorities has already began looking for a md to go the authority, who shall be a prime scholar, he added.

PM Imran Khan mentioned that the authority will monitor the curriculum being taught at faculties and organise analysis in universities relating to the true message of Islam in gentle of the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). He confused the necessity to undertake analysis on Muslim heroes.

He  mentioned a cartoon collection may also be made to introduce Islamic tradition to our kids. He mentioned Islam has its personal cultural values that have to be taught to our kids to guard them from evils like intercourse crimes.

He mentioned the authority will stay vigilant to forestall any blasphemous content material being shared on the media and to painting the true image of Islam.

The Rehmatul-lil-Alameen Authority will comprise of seven members, together with the chairperson, who shall be appointed by the prime minister.
