Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif arrived in Tehran, the Iranian capital, where he met with the Iranian president.
Iranian Interior Minister Iskandar Momini, Iran’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Raza Amiri case to Iran, Iran’s Ambassador to Iran, Mudassar Tipu and top diplomatic officials welcomed Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Pakistani delegation.
At the airport, the Prime Minister also greeted the Iranian Army.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Chief of Army Staff Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, Federal Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tard and Assistant Prime Minister Syed Tariq Fatemi are among the delegation.
Later, the Prime Minister of Iranian President Dr Masood arrived in Tehran to meet with Pashtakian where he was presented with the Guard of Honor. On this occasion, Shahbaz Sharif also inspected the Guard of Honor with the guest president.
After that, the Prime Minister and the Pakistani delegation will meet with the Iranian President and his delegation, in which the Prime Minister will thank the Iranian President and the public for promoting bilateral cooperation between the two countries and the recent war imposed by India on Pakistan and peace efforts in South Asia.
The Prime Minister and the Pakistani delegation will meet with Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Syed Ali Khamenei, where bilateral issues will be discussed on important regional issues.
The Prime Minister and the Pakistani delegation will also attend the dinner given by Iranian President Dr Masood Pashtakian in his honor.
Earlier, the Prime Minister left for Turkey’s two -day, and at Istanbul Airport, the Prime Minister was warmly Turkish Defense Minister Yashar Galer, Deputy Governor of Istanbul, Al -Hakiman Kacumz, President of the Pakistan Turkish Cultural Association, Burhan Qaisark, Turkey and Pakistan’s Ambassador to Pakistan.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s visit is being described as an important link in promoting long -term brotherly relations between the two countries. During the visit, the Prime Minister met with the Turkish top leadership and discussed bilateral relations, regional situation and global issues.
After the completion of the visit, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif left for Tehran, where he will hold important meetings with the Iranian leadership. These meetings are also expected to discuss the overall situation of the region, mutual cooperation and economic partnerships.
The Prime Minister’s recent visit to Turkey is calling the diplomatic circles a positive development in Pakistan’s foreign policy, highlighting Pakistan’s commitment to peace and stability in the region.
It may be recalled that Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi also left for Iran today on a 1 -day visit, where he will join the delegation of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
