Lahore:
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif called on Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq where Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) senior leader Khurshid Shah, Shazia Murree and Deputy Speaker Ghulam Mustafa Shah also met and the political situation was discussed.
In a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq arrived in Lahore where Deputy Speaker National Assembly Ghulam Mustafa Shah, on the occasion of the meeting with the Prime Minister’s Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq. Members of the National Assembly Khurshid Shah and Shazia Murree were also present.
The statement said that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif congratulated the deputy speaker on the marriage of the son and during the meeting, the overall and political situation of the country was discussed.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that the increasing confidence in Pakistan, international investors and global economic institutions are welcomed in Pakistan.
He said that federal and provinces are working together for public welfare.
A statement from the Prime Minister’s Office said that other members were also present at the meeting.
