In the case of protest against the disqualification of Imran Khan, the court declared Ali Amin Gandapur as an advertisement.
According to Express News, the anti-terrorism court in Islamabad heard the case of PTI leaders’ protest against the disqualification of PTI Imran Khan, in which Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Faisal Javed, Wasiq Qayyum appeared in the court.
The case was heard by Judge Tahir Abbas Supra of the Anti-Terrorism Court. During the hearing, the court declared Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and Umar Tanveer Butt as advertisers, while the process of declaring them as advertisers was started against Aamir Kayani.
During the hearing, an application was also filed by Faisal Javed to remove the terrorism provisions.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till January 15 while issuing arrest warrants for the absent accused and called for arguments on the petitions.
It should be noted that a case was registered against the accused in I-9 police station in 2022.
