In the 26th match of the event played in Rawalpindi, Islamabad United team chased 154 runs in pursuit of 264 runs.
Emad Wasim scored 56 runs. Ben Dawarshuis 31, Mohammad Shahzad 24, Mohammad Nawaz 10, Haider Ali 6, Captain Salman Agha 6, Azam Khan 6, Jason Holder 3, Sahibzada Farhan 1 and Kyle Mayers were out on the individual score.
Gladiators took 3 wickets, Abrar Ahmed and Mohammad Wasim Junior 2, 2, while Saud Shakeel, Fahim Ashraf and Khurram Shahzad took 1 wicket.
Earlier, while batting first at the invitation of Islamabad United, Quetta Gladiators scored 263 for 3 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
Royal Rosso scored 104 balls while Hassan Nawaz scored 100 balls not out on 46 balls.
Captain Saud Shakeel was dismissed for 23 and Finn Allen 5 runs. Mark Chapman returned the not out pavilion with 13 runs.
