After the tenth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), it was decided to include two new teams.
According to media reports, Salman Naseer, chief executive officer of the Pakistan Super League, told media that two more new teams could be found for the league by the end of this year.
PSL CEO Salman Naseer said that the league started at a time when cricket return to Pakistan was the first project, for which the PSL was launched. Today we have succeeded in it.

He said that the 11th edition of the PSL will also be held in other new cities including Peshawar.
At present, there are six teams in the Pakistan Super League, including Karachi Kings, Lahore Qalandars, Islamabad United, Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta Gladiators and Multan Sultans, while after two more teams, the number of teams participating in the tournament will be 8.

The CEO PSL did not say which two more teams joining the PSL would be and what their names would be.
On the other hand, according to the PCB, Peshawar will host a PSL exhibition match on April 8 in the 2025 season.

It should be noted that the 10th start of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) will be held from April 11, while the event will be played at Gaddafi Stadium on May 18.
Earlier, Express News reported in its news that before the start of the 10th edition, the board had found buyers of 2 new franchises for the 11th edition.
