Rawalpindi:
Unidentified gunmen attacked a food chain courier in the Waris Khan area of the police station.
According to police, the incident happened late last night, when Ryder was on duty, Courier Omar was killed in the attack which left him seriously injured.
Immediately after the attack, the accused fled the scene, while the injured Courier was shifted to the hospital where his condition is said to be critical.
Eyewitnesses say that after the attack, there was intense anger on the spot, citizens shouted slogans against food chain and said, “This food chain has not stopped yet? Stop it!”
Waris Khan police have registered a case and started investigation, while search of the accused is underway.
